Neuralink is creating devices that enable a bi-directional interface with the brain, aiming to restore movement to the paralyzed, sight to the blind, and revolutionize human interaction with the digital world. The Microfabrication Team, part of the Brain Interfaces Hardware Department, designs, manufactures, and verifies thin-film microelectrode arrays that record and relay neural signals. The team operates an in-house cleanroom facility in Fremont, with future expansion to Austin. As a Microfabrication Technician (Second Shift), you will be responsible for producing these microelectrode arrays, collaborating with engineers to maintain equipment and processes, and improving array throughput to accelerate Neuralink's progress. The second shift schedule is 6 pm to 2 am, Monday through Friday.
