About The Position

This is an onsite role for a Microelectronics Operator C on the 3rd Shift. The operator will work to verbal, written, video, and computer instructions. They will perform various microelectronic and microwave fabricating, screening, assembly, inspection, active and passive trimming operations. The role involves operating multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously, monitoring process equipment and material for specification compliance, and performing all required marking, stenciling, and painting. Quality assurance, lot and final acceptance, and verifying individual and lot integrity are key responsibilities. The operator will also advance or retrieve product, material, and tooling, perform rework, and general maintenance and housekeeping of the workplace, tools, and equipment. Maintaining records, moving materials, and following safety rules are also part of the duties. This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement, and wage and workplace conditions are subject to this agreement. Individuals hired will be represented by a union.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).
  • Ability to successfully pass required assessments related to the duties/tasks outlined in description above.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1.

Responsibilities

  • Works to verbal, written, video, and computer instructions.

  • Performs rework and other tasks incidental to producing product.
  • Performs general maintenance and housekeeping of workplace, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintains records, moves materials, and follows safety rules in performance of duties.
  • Performs other similar duties as required or directed.
