About The Position

The Site Lead (Allentown, PA & Palm Harbor, FL) is accountable and responsible for leading, managing and overseeing all aspects of site operations for our US Microbiology Business. This role is critical in driving laboratory success, meeting client and regulatory demands, providing strategic direction, fostering innovation, embedding curiosity into teams and maintaining operational excellence. The Site Lead will demonstrate and apply a high level of knowledge and capability when supporting the business, from completing routine business tasks, to developing and delivering the strategic activities.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline).
• Awareness of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), ISO and USP standards for Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Industry

Nice To Haves

• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, client retention rates, quote conversion etc.
• Active in industry groups and awareness of upcoming regulations.
• Solid technical documentation skills to support the creation of business proposals and contracts.
