About The Position
Build a quality microbiology program from the ground up, where every SOP carries your fingerprint. Set the contamination control standard for a growing biomaterials manufacturer, on a team eager to do things better.
Requirements
- Hands on Quality function experience, not just bench work, ideally medical device, pharma, or biologics
- Built or improved a program before and want to do it again, your way
- Want mentoring and training to be a bigger part of your role
Nice To Haves
- Biomaterials or tissue experience is a plus, not required
Responsibilities
- Reestablish and own the Environmental Monitoring program
- Lead onsite training and mentoring on contamination control
- Set up and qualify cleanrooms to ISO 14644
- Partner cross-functionally on sterility assurance
- Help shape risk assessments and future program ownership
