About The Position

The Micro Kitchen Attendant / Driver is responsible for maintaining the front of house area and coffee stations, ensuring service areas are clean and stocked with product. This role involves merchandising products attractively to Guckenheimer standards and greeting guests to make them feel welcome. The position requires a strong commitment to guest experience, safety, and building respectful relationships with teammates, guests, and delivery vendors. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, a positive attitude, and is dependable and reliable.

Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks.

Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Follow safety protocols, maintain environmental responsibility, and uphold quality standards in all tasks.
Actively participate in HSEQ training and report any potential hazards or compliance concerns.

Responsibilities

Maintain the front of house area and coffee stations while keeping service areas clean and stocked with product.
Merchandise products in an attractive manner to Guckenheimer standard.
Greet guests, making them feel welcome.
Maintain product inventory to established levels.
Maintain contracted coffee program.
Recognize products; accurately restock and rotate products.
Smile, greet, & serve customers, making them feel welcome.
Complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control.
Display merchandise in an attractive manner.
Maintain all MK areas in a neat, clean, and attractive manner.
Label and display signs for all items.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents.
Ensure that all MKs are restocked with adequate product throughout the day.
Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.
