About The Position

This position contributes to the successful implementation of the District’s Technology Plan. The Micro-Computer Support Technician (MCST) will manage District Office Inventory, work with other Technicians on building inventory, and coordinate rollouts of new equipment. Responsibilities include basic troubleshooting of devices such as Chromebooks, iPads, PCs, and printers, resolving hardware and software problems for end users remotely and on-site, and handling device repairs and/or warranty repairs. The role also involves providing support documentation and training for team members, answering Technology Helpdesk calls, entering and updating work orders, and providing coverage in buildings when necessary. The position requires taking initiative to identify and present creative solutions for department needs and performing other tasks as directed by the Superintendent of Schools or their designee.

Responsibilities
