Under minimal supervision from the TM Sales Manager, supervises Treasury Management Sales team members. Establishes sales goals for team members, and ensures that team members meet and/or exceed goals and adhere to the Bank's policies and procedures. Responsible for both individual and team's new business development. Handles larger and more complex TM relationships. Mentors team members, especially on more complicated client treasury structures. Help develop less experienced Cash Management Representatives. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
