The primary duties involve performing basic level functions required to operate, maintain, test, and calibrate measurement, regulating and/or instrumentation and control facilities and systems. This includes activities to assure responsiveness to natural gas and other emergencies, and completing and maintaining accurate records and reports to comply with Company and regulatory requirements. Specific tasks include executing scheduled equipment inspections, tests, calibrations, maintenance, and replacements on electronic correctors, EFMs, flow measurement devices, natural gas pressure regulation equipment, and natural gas odorizing equipment. The role also assists with functions related to various types of meters, communication circuits and equipment, RTU and SCADA equipment, and reviewing lost and unaccounted for gas information. Additionally, the position involves performing duties related to inspecting, testing, calibrating, and maintaining natural gas quality analysis equipment, coordinating and performing measurement tests with third parties, and monitoring natural gas quality to ensure contract compliance. The role also investigates operational balancing systems and implements improvements, and performs all work in accordance with Company, regulatory, and safety procedures.
