About The Position

Requirements

• Active listening skills
• Ability to clarify patient care instructions
• Accurate monitoring and recording of vital signs (TPR, height, weight, I&O and BP)
• Timely recording of vital signs
• Ability to assist and supervise patients with Activities of Daily Living
• Ability to serve meals
• Monitoring and recording of dietary habits
• Ability to intervene with dietary needs
• Ability to record intake on form as instructed

Responsibilities

• Participates in shift report by listening actively and clarifying patient care instructions with Charge Nurse.
• Monitors and records vital signs (TPR, height, weight, I&O and BP) accurately and within time frames.
• Attends to the Activities of Daily Living of patients by assisting and/or supervising.
• Serves Meals, monitoring and recording dietary habits.
• Intervenes as appropriate with dietary needs and records intake of form, as instructed.
