Requirements
- Certification as a Coach in the State of Connecticut
- Expertise in the area of Crew
- Previous experience as a Coach
- Current certification in CPR/First Aid/AED
- Current Certificate in WSI
- Safe Boaters License
- Completion of Module 15 – Concussion & Head Injury
- Submit a letter of interest
- Submit a resume
- Submit 3 letters of recommendation
- Submit a copy of coaching certification
- Submit a copy of CPR/FA certification
- Submit a copy of Module 15 - Concussion & Head Injury
- Complete the online application
