Requirements
- Certification as a Coach in the State of Connecticut
- Expertise in the area of Crew/Rowing
- Previous experience as a Coach
- Current certification in CPR/First Aid/AED
- Current Certificate in WSI Safe Boaters License
- Completion of Module 15 – Concussion & Head Injury
