About The Position

We are looking for motivated MHE Operators for our facility in Santa Fe Springs, California. In this role, you will be responsible for operating Material Handling Equipment (Order Picker and Reach Truck) to move and stock inventory, assist with receiving and storage, stage and sort items, pick, pack, and scan items, and load and unload trailers. You will also maintain the integrity of company property, use tools like scanners and hand trucks, follow 5S processes, ensure product quality, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

Hold a valid Reach Truck AND Order Picker license
Have a minimum of 2+ years' experience working in a Warehouse/Distribution Centre operating as an MHE (order picker & reach truck) operator
Are fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
Have good computer skills
Are able to lift 50+ lbs on a continuous basis
Have an exceptional ability to work individually and as part of a team
Are detail oriented
Are able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout the shifts
Are able to adhere to strict safety, quality, security, fulfillment production standards, and general company policies
Thrive in a fast paced, exciting environment
Possess valid documentation to authorize you to work in the United States
Present MHE license (from certified MHE training center) at time of interview
Present US Work Authorization document(s) at time of interview
Be prepared to go through on-site testing (safety shoes are required)
Clear background checks

Responsibilities

Operating the Material Handling Equipment (Order Picker and Reach Truck) for the appropriate task assigned
Using the MHE to move and stock inventory
Assisting with the receiving and storage of inventory delivered to the warehouse
Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating
Move, pick, pack, and scan items in a safe manner
Loading and unloading of trailers
Maintaining the integrity of GoBolt property (i.e. tools, materials, machinery)
Using additional tools including but not limited to scanners, carts, hand trucks and dollies
Following all 5S processes consistently and effectively
Ensuring product meets quality requirements
Other duties as assigned
