About The Position

Responsible for filling store-to-customer orders in a Market Hub Fulfillment Center using a pick list, and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves and ensures that orders are complete and correct. Also ships and receives inventory and maintains back stock.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or homeschool equivalency.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Be able to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, reaching, using hands and fingers, and lifting and moving items up to 100 pounds at times.
• Have the vision abilities required for the position, including close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mark pallets with identifying store information.
• Use lift equipment as needed after completing required training and certification.
• Pick and stage parts for store deliveries.
• Replenish inventory to shelves.
• Maintain consistent, reliable attendance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
