MH Fulfillment Specialist
About The Position
Responsible for filling store-to-customer orders using a pick list and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards in a Market Hub Fulfillment Center. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves and ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Also responsible for shipping and receiving inventory and maintaining back stock. The role requires consistent, reliable attendance and the ability to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical duties include standing, walking, reaching, handling objects, and lifting or moving items of varying weights. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or homeschool equivalency.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Be able to work various shifts and overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Use basic math accurately, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Nice To Haves
- Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Mark pallets with identifying store information.
- Use lift equipment as needed after completing training and certification.
- Pick and stage parts for store deliveries.
