The Crisis Co-Response Team is a recovery- and resiliency-oriented, intensive, community-based rehabilitation and outreach program. This team works in collaboration with local law enforcement to respond to mental health-related 911 calls and provide immediate behavioral health support to individuals experiencing a crisis. The program is team-based and consists of mental health rehabilitation interventions and supports designed to assist individuals in achieving and maintaining rehabilitative, resiliency, and recovery goals. Interventions are provided in natural settings and may be delivered face-to-face, by telephone, or by video conference with individuals and their family or significant supports to promote the overall well-being and benefit of the person served.
