About The Position
As a Mgr Programs, you will lead strategic program delivery. This role is critical to support our expanding relationships with key state agencies. The ideal candidate will bring executive-level program management expertise, deep understanding of state government operations, and proven ability to manage complex, multi-agency technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise technology environments
- Minimum 5+ years of direct experience with state government agencies or public sector technology initiatives
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-million dollar programs ($2M+ in scope)
- Proven track record managing complex technology programs (network, telecom, cybersecurity, or infrastructure preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead program delivery and executive governance across multiple concurrent state agency engagements
- Manage stakeholder relationships at the executive and director level within state agencies
- Develop and maintain program charters, roadmaps, and delivery schedules aligned with agency priorities
- Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and financial tracking across program portfolio
