About The Position

AdaptAbilities is a nonprofit organization that provides meaningful programs for children, youth, and adults with disabilities across Edmonton and St. Albert. Volunteers play an important role in helping create supportive, inclusive, and engaging environments where participants can build confidence, independence, friendships, and community connection. This opportunity is ideal for students, aspiring professionals, community members, or anyone looking to gain hands on experience while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Orientation and training are provided, and volunteers are supported throughout their experience.

Requirements

• Flexible, comfortable working independently and collaborating as a team
• Clear Police Information Check with vulnerable sector search, and Child Intervention Record Check is required

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is an asset
