About The Position

As a Ambulatory Nursing Manager you will also focus on ensuring the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively. Handles policies execution, budget oversight, quality enhancement measures, and organizes educational programs to meet departmental and company goals.

Requirements

• Solid grasp of nursing, patient care, medical terms, ethics, and privacy laws.
• Ability to care for different age groups.
• Good communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Professionalism, dedication, and commitment to serving the community.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Minimum of (3) three years' experience in this field
• Licensed as Registered Nurses
• Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care, promote evidence-based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff.
• Manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing.
• Ensure the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively.
