When you become a member of our team, you will work across multiple functions and collaborate with the different business areas during all phases of the product development and production support lifecycles. Position Summary Join our Hardware Engineering Organization that is tasked with the architecture, design, test, and verification of high-reliability analog electronics. In this position you will lead a team of engineers that supports the development and product support of advanced avionics, for both military and commercial aircraft, including engine control computers, flight control systems, aircraft propulsion systems, cabin and cockpit electronics. As a Hardware Engineering Manager for Analog Circuit Design you will make impacts in the following ways: Own the staffing plan for analog circuit card assembly (CCA) subsystems across multiple development and production support programs. Ensure hardware development processes are understood and followed. Develop technology roadmaps that drive research and development planning and budgets. Mentor analog circuit design engineers on signal conditioning, filtering, ADC, DAC, sensor interfaces and overall electrical engineering. Support digital engineering and model-based engineering initiatives. Perform performance development reviews for your employees Contribute to bid & proposal activity to win new business.
