About The Position

The manager will support the Fuel Shipout Group for the A4W Reactor Servicing Program. The manager will lead technical discussions, review procedures, provide oversight of deckplate work, provide mentorship of staff and support timely resolutions of deckplate problems. This benchmark is intended to be used by companies that have generic classifications engaged in research and/or product development encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: electronics, electrical, mechanical, and/or chemical.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of progressive technical experience in research, engineering and design
• Master's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program
• US Citizenship Required
• Final Clearance Required to Start

• Current or prior RTNE qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
