About The Position
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a group of 6-12 engineers, analysts and technicians. The group is responsible for the development, maintenance, procedures and fleet support of configuration tools and software integration for machinery control alignment and alignment checks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of progressive technical experience in research, engineering and design; Master's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program.
- US Citizenship Required.
- Final Clearance Required to Start.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with: Machinery control design and maintenance
- Configuration control of embedded firmware and software
- Verification and Validation of procedures
- Familiar with: NAVSEA 08 and NNL organizations
- Familiar with: Propulsion operations
