In this vital role you will be an integral member of the Development Supply Chain team. The Supply Chain Specialist will be accountable for leading ATO Supply Chain Operations and Distribution initiatives collaborating with Quality, Manufacturing, and Process Development. Collaborate with the Development Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing Plants to meet the ever-evolving needs of the business through development of new capabilities and process improvement projects. Advance continuous improvement initiatives by leading building- and site-wide improvement projects including Change Control ownership. Provide direct support for deviation investigations and CAPA implementation Manage a team consisting of FTE & EW's staff. Accountable for measuring and reporting on budget, business performance, and productivity accounting for all functions - Warehouse, Receiving, Dispensing, and Distribution. Create compelling data visualizations for communication to senior leadership using advanced reporting tools and AI-enabled processes. Represent all Warehouse operations and functions to regulatory authorities, government agencies, and business entities as needed. Identify, assess, and mitigate Quality, Compliance, Supply, and Safety risks. Work with external and contracted business partners and service providers to monitor and improve performance – participate on regular Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
