About The Position

This role will lead the digital strategy, development, and execution of digital and payment-related solutions tailored to our suite of consumer lending products. The Digital Services team partners with our Lending organization to optimize and increase growth of all our lending products and would like this person to be accountable for developing a digital strategy and roadmap that aligns with it. This person will be key in identifying select features and solutions in digital banking platform that match with those business goals while working within the digital banking platform on selection, customization and configuration that drives growth and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or have commensurate experience in a similar role.
• 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably within banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Direct experience with Lending Origination platforms, underwriting criteria, and data analysis that supports the targeting of pre-qualified or approved offers to consumers.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms, APIs, and integration with third-party providers.
• Demonstrated success in managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch to optimization.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in or with credit unions, community banks, or regional banks.
• Experience managing or working with common banking platforms such as Jack Henry / Symitar, Lumin Digital (or similar), Temenos, and onboarding solutions specific to small business.
• Familiarity with compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements affecting business payments.
• Background in UX/UI collaboration to deliver intuitive digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the digital product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our lending related products such as credit card, personal loans, auto loans, and more.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, and customer insights to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements.
• Collaborate and execute on requirements from various stakeholders including our Card Operations team, Lending team, and Member Intelligence teams.
• Oversee the design and delivery of digital tools and enhancements as it pertains to our lending solutions and features.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to integrate lending-focused digital capabilities such as self-serve approvals, personalized targeting, and management of our Lending Origination platforms.
• Work closely with technology, operations, risk/compliance, legal, and business banking teams to deliver end-to-end digital solutions.
• Partner with various vendors in managing our array of existing technology solutions, as well as driving future partnerships and conversations around emerging new tech providers.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and leverage analytics to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate digital partners to ensure product quality and scalability.
