Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings of $83,500 - $151,500 including bonus. Overview The Manager, Commercial Operations Effectiveness is responsible for the management and execution of key strategic initiatives and business processes in support of the Commercial Operations Effectiveness team. Working integrally with the VP Commercial Operations Effectiveness, this role will provide day-to-day project management across the full suite of Commercial Operations Effectiveness priorities. This position also works closely with the Regions, Dedicated Divisions and State teams to provide support in the translation of the above priorities into operational action within the Company’s core business model. Additionally, this role manages all internal team processes including presentation and meeting support, budgeting and financial analysis and communications.
