Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative areas and 7-10 years related business experience in business planning, project management, and/or financial analysis. In lieu of degree 9-12 years of relevant experience with 3-5 years of Supervisory experience.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth financial analysis and oversee business planning function in a fast paced work environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Access, Excel and Powerpoint skills to deliver presentations to senior executives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven abilities to communicate at all levels including senior executives.
  • Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills, and attention to detail, initiative and the ability to effectively manage change and successfully complete multiple tasks under constantly changing conditions.

  • Advanced degree or professional certification preferred (such as CFA, CPA, PMP, PPM or MBA)
  • Technical Degrees or Certifications
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt content and messaging to evolving business needs
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business planning and support organization to oversee business planning, benchmarking, operational governance process and ensure timely completion of various business analysis to support operational leadership.
  • Manage, coach and develop analysts and peersin a high-performance environment.
  • Manage cross-functional assignments or projects as appropriate.

  • Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $114,400.00/Yr. – $157,300.00/Yr.
