About The Position

The Manager, Branch Network is accountable for all service related and operational objectives for the branch. Ensures execution of the Branch Network strategic vision and objectives through demonstrated leadership in the areas of talent excellence, service, and cost to serve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years Prior leadership required
  • 1+ years Managing multiple sites preferred
  • Lead through complexity across different markets and conflicting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Direct strategic, operational, and financial performance of two branch locations located in Fairfield, OH and Dayton, OH by communicating company goals, leading through change, and maintaining service standards to achieve preferred supplier status through excellent products and safe, effective workplaces.
  • Make data-driven decisions to support business objectives and customer needs while balancing service quality, cost efficiency, ethics, and integrity.
  • Foster strong internal and external partnerships to position the branch network and technical expertise as key differentiators.
  • Manage operating expenses to meet financial targets, eliminating non-value-added activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by encouraging team participation in CI initiatives and ensuring compliance with branch quality standards and service excellence.
  • Create safe, secure, and well-maintained branch facilities, enforcing adherence to all laws, company policies, and contract requirements.
  • Cultivate an engaging and inclusive work environment through open communication, professional development, and succession planning.
  • Execute talent management strategies while managing staffing targets including bench recruiting, leading Branch Team Leads, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and recognition to drive team engagement.
