About The Position

Provide strategic leadership for application management, aligning technology initiatives with business goals and driving innovation across the organization. Oversee application design, development, implementation, and ongoing production support for all enterprise applications. Lead and manage one or more Application Development teams, including staffing, resource allocation, performance oversight, and project delivery. Review and evaluate technical solutions, offering expert guidance and oversight across multiple systems and application environments. Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures while collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize software development needs. Manage the full software development lifecycle, including budgeting, issue resolution, testing, documentation, and ensuring organizational objectives are achieved through effective technology solutions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance or related field or in the alternative a combination of education, certifications and work experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • 5+ years on application development teams
  • Proven track record delivering complex software solutions
  • A demonstrated track record of strong analytical and time management skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret data gathered from project team (s) to determine how information impacts business strategy and timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead multiple cross functional matrix teams with dotted line relationships
  • Leadership and decision making skills
  • Able to develop, oversee and guide initiatives to completion
  • Facilitate project priorities and implementation of schedules
  • Experienced in MSOffice products (i.e. Excel, Access, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent presentation, persuasion and interpersonal skills including report/proposal preparation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and the efforts of direct reports
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to think strategically and handle multiple projects simultaneously
