Perform comprehensive obstetric ultrasounds, including First trimester scans (NT, early anatomy), Detailed second- and third-trimester anatomy surveys, Growth and biophysical profiles (BPP), Multiple gestations, Cervical length assessment, Placental evaluation/PAS, and Doppler studies (umbilical artery, MCA, ductus venosus). This role also involves High-Risk & Specialized Exams to evaluate complex maternal and fetal conditions, identify abnormal findings, and support fetal therapy and invasive procedures. Patient care involves providing compassionate care to patients facing high-risk pregnancies, explaining procedures, and maintaining privacy and emotional sensitivity. Documentation & Workflow includes acquiring high-quality diagnostic images, completing measurements accurately, entering exam data into EMR/PACS systems, and ensuring studies meet accreditation standards (AIUM/ACR). Collaboration with MFM physicians, Radiologists, nurses, genetic counselors, and support staff is essential, as is participation in multidisciplinary care coordination.
