About The Position

Military and Family Life Counselors (MFLCs) provide counseling and behavioral health expertise to military Service Members and their families. This role focuses on proactive, solution-focused counseling to address issues before they escalate. Counselors may support adults or minors in various settings, including embedded with military units, supporting families, or working in schools.
