Your Team As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead a production team to achieve daily Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People objectives. You will work closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Planning, and EHS teams to ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing production schedules and production teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Experience with KPI management and problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with manufacturing systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily manufacturing activities and execute the production plan.
  • Manage staffing, attendance, and manpower allocation based on production needs.
  • Ensure materials, equipment, documentation, and trained personnel are available before production starts.
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop team members while supporting cross-training initiatives.
  • Coordinate setups, PM activities, validations, startups, and equipment changeovers.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, process parameters, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including Safety, Quality, Production vs. Plan, OEE, Downtime, Scrap, Productivity, and On-Time Delivery.
  • Investigate production issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Conduct Gemba walks to identify and resolve production barriers.
  • Ensure accurate manufacturing documentation and effective shift-to-shift communication.
  • Promote a Zero-Harm culture and compliance with EHS and 6S requirements.
