About The Position

This position is responsible for all aspects of warehouse operation, including managing equipment and products within the warehouse, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all assigned job functions to achieve and maintain world-class quality. The role requires performing all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and the company's Customer 1st strategy. The individual will also provide leadership that embodies Kroger Manufacturing's 7 High Performance Work System principles and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
