Requirements
- A team-first attitude and solid communication skills
- Comfort working with stairs, lifting, and fast-paced production
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Drive to learn and succeed (training provided for those without prior experience)
Nice To Haves
- Previous seasoning or machine operator experience
Responsibilities
- Operate seasoning equipment from the mezzanine and keep production on point
- Handle partial cases of salt and seasoning
- Prepare machines for production and adjust flavor levels
- Monitor quality, consistency, and food safety
- Provide breaks for teammates, stay synced with shift leads, and maintain strong communication
- Identify issues early and assist Maintenance in keeping equipment running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
