About The Position

Metrology CDSEM provides critical dimension measurements that are key to ensuring product yield, collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Module Integration, Device, and Unit Process groups. As a Metrology CDSEM technician, the main responsibilities are recipe management, tool qualification and responding to customer requests. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, data‑driven, an excellent communicator and a strong team player.

Requirements

• High school degree or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of industry experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up NPI recipes for CDSEM toolset.
• Manage recipe change points with clear documentation and communication.
• Perform tool qualifications post hardware change points.
• Handle internal customer requests from other departments.
• Collaborate with manufacturing team to prioritize tasks.
