The purpose of the role is to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, developing robust decision models, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the departments. This role supports the Analytics function in delivering insight to support the strategy and direction of the USBC Operations teams. It utilizes key analytical tools and processes to drive operational efficiency, cost efficiency and a strong focus on Customer Experience. The role also explores opportunities for virtual channels and automated technologies to support customer demand, helps define business cases when implementing new technologies or processes, and executes on key automation opportunities to deliver insight into the hands of our external and internal stakeholders quickly. The analyst will assess and communicate risks to Departmental Leadership to ensure that project goals and objectives are being met, help define visualization standards for presentations and dashboards, and share insights with Senior Leaders across the business with strong presentation skills.
