About The Position

The Metrics Advisor is responsible for supporting the company-wide metrics and reporting strategy. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law. Requirements

Requires BA/BS degree in business or math related field and a minimum of 3 years of data collection and analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

Advanced working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
Tableau experience is a plus.
Understanding of metrics and statistical calculations strongly preferred.
Strong presentation and analytical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops in-depth analytical reports.
Provides support for Level I & II analysts.
Designs formats for data studies and analyses.
Works with internal customer to determine additional metrics needed.
Designs complex systems, databases and reports to analyze and evaluate data from multiple repositories.
Works with Advisors to review and interpret data results.
Develops written narratives, table charts and graphs to display data.
