About The Position

As a SQL Developer & Analyst, you will build and sustain database-driven solutions that support core operations and reliable reporting. This role exists to translate business needs into well-structured data, applications, and insights that improve process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent certifications/experience
• 2+ years as a SQL Developer or Business Analyst (manufacturing preferred)
• SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows stack development, Crystal Reports, Windows Server, ERP management, process design/flow charting
• Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel to Ohio sites multiple weeks per year
• Experience collecting and documenting end user functional requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Mancola ES software

Responsibilities

• Designing, coding, and maintaining SQL Server/T-SQL solutions
• Developing custom applications and reports (including Crystal Reports)
• Gathering and documenting functional requirements
• Supporting and training end users on ERP and custom tools
• Monitoring application performance
• Troubleshooting and escalating issues appropriately
• Coordinating priorities and delivery with the IT team
