About The Position

The purpose of the Internship Program is to introduce students to Arconic through a challenging and rewarding experience in the Quality and Metallurgical Engineering field. Interns will shadow and assist Engineering groups throughout the Plant, research and complete assigned projects, and gain hands-on learning through real-world quality systems. A mid-summer presentation on project findings and solutions will be developed for teams across the organization.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, or any related or applicable discipline.
  • Must have an expected graduation date in late Fall 2027, Spring/Summer of 2028
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required, along with an overall level of expertise in MS Office environments.
