About The Position

This job involves blending surfaces, applying or removing excess material with hand tools or machinery, and setting up and using various machines, fixtures, and tools. The role requires adherence to production specifications, quality control standards, and company policies. The individual must maintain a safe and orderly work environment, embrace continuous improvement principles, and be able to perform other tasks as needed. Regular and reliable attendance, effective communication, and the ability to cross-train other employees are also essential.

Responsibilities

Blending of surfaces and applying or removing excess material with hand tools or machinery
Set-up and use of various machines, fixtures and tools
Part modification to specifications
Mixing production materials
Follow production specifications at all times
Embrace/implement continuous improvement, 5S, and lean principles in all activities
Maintain department safety and housekeeping standards
Ensure compliance with Quality Control Manual (QCM)
Be aware of ISO – Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements
Ensure compliance with Company RSM, must be aware of ISO/TCS quality requirements
Adhere to all Company health, safety and environmental policies while performing job duties
Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
Regular and reliable attendance
Cross train other employees
Communicate professionally and effectively with peers, leadership, and customers
Performing other tasks in the facility as needed
