Metal Worker - Blender 2nd shift
About The Position
This position is responsible for blending surfaces, applying or removing excess material, setting up and using various machines, fixtures, and tools, and performing part modifications to specifications. The role also involves mixing production materials and ensuring adherence to production specifications, continuous improvement, 5S, and lean principles. Maintaining safety and housekeeping standards, complying with quality control manuals and ISO/TCS quality requirements, and adhering to all company health, safety, and environmental policies are crucial. The Metal Worker must also demonstrate regular and reliable attendance, cross-train other employees, and communicate professionally with peers, leadership, and customers. Performing other tasks as needed within the facility is also part of the role.

- Ensure compliance with Company RSM, must be aware of ISO/TCS quality requirements
- Adhere to all Company health, safety and environmental policies while performing job duties
- Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
