About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Metal Man to fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques. The role involves working with steel, aluminum, copper, and other metals, and reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. This work is critical to the safety and functionality of equipment and structures. The Metal Man will use welding and metal fabrication expertise to support project quality and client satisfaction, working collaboratively with team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

• Welding certification.
• Experience with CNC plasma cutting.
• Experience with metal fabrication tools and equipment.
• Experience welding stainless steel and other alloys.
• Experience welding in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
