Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen. (ITAR/EAR jobs)
• Must have at least 20/20 corrected vision
• Must have fine hand and wrist manipulation
• Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Use of micrometers, calipers and optical comparators
• Math skills: such as Geometry and/or Trigonometry
• Must be able to read and process sheets
• Must have fine hand and wrist manipulation
• Must be able to work around sharp or moving machine components
• May have to stand for long periods of time
• Need to be able to look through microscopes occasionally
• Need to know how to spin round parts to achieve certain finishes

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Medical Polishing and/or Aerospace finishing

Responsibilities

• Must be on time and ready to work at the assigned shift start
• Must wear safety glasses when not using a Scope or a magnifying glass
• Able to stand, twist, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, climb ladders and stairs, and lift on a continuous basis for an 8-hour workday.
• Blend welds, bring parts to high buffed finish and/or satin finishes
