About The Position

The Metal Fabricator role involves reading and understanding work orders, fabrication drawings, and blueprints. The individual will be responsible for reading construction plans and specifications, and must be able to work with shop tools and machines safely and effectively. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work consistently and productively under minimal supervision, and is able to work full-time plus overtime as necessary. The job is performed in a shop environment with noise, and requires bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, moving, and carrying material that may be fifty (50) pounds or more. The individual will be standing for long periods of time and must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail, accurate measuring, and accurate cutting are essential. The role also includes maintaining a clean and neat work area and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements
