About The Position
Vacuum Truck Rentals, LLC, is one of the largest vacuum truck rental companies in the U.S. with a fleet of more than 1000 pieces of equipment and 19 locations nationwide. With a strong emphasis on the customer experience and a 24/7 service guarantee, we are seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator / Welder in our Richland, Mississippi office.
Requirements
- Pipe fitting experience
- Pass an onsite lay out test
- All PPE provided by company.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with common welding tools and procedures, including MIG welding
- TIG welding, metal fabricating, grinding, and finishing metals.
- Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
- Basic computer navigation and utilization skills preferred.
- Welding: 3 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Joining various metals using a variety of techniques, often to form new structures
- Cutting and welding materials according to technical plans
- Process work order requests including parts orders and requests
- Constructing varied welding parts.
- Perform basic mechanical repair, including disassembly and reassembly
- Other duties as assigned
