Requirements

• Willingness to learn and work hard
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor
• Safety-conscious mindset

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification is a plus
• OSHA certification is a bonus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Create roofing components like flashing and edge metals
• Learn to operate fabrication equipment (brakes, shears, rollers, presses)
• Read and follow blueprints and work orders
• Cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal with precision
• Occasionally assist with rooftop installations
• Load and unload materials safely
• Organize and manage inventory
• Prepare and pack supplies for roofing projects
• Transport materials to and from job sites
• Keep the warehouse and yard clean and orderly
• Use forklifts and basic tools
• Help out with general shop duties
