Metal Fabrication Technician

Norco Precision•New Hope, MN
•$22 - $30•Onsite

About The Position

We are a custom metal fabrication shop focused on precision, accountability, and doing things the right way. Our work is driven by customer drawings and 3D models, and we operate in a high-mix, detail-driven environment where quality and execution matter. We believe a strong shop culture starts with clear standards and personal ownership. Everyone here is expected to take responsibility for their work, communicate directly, and care about the final product. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t lower the bar to make things easier. Our goal is to build a team of people who want to improve their skills, take pride in their craft, and contribute to something bigger than just punching a clock. We invest in our equipment, our processes, and our people because long-term success depends on all three. This is a shop for individuals who value discipline, consistency, and growth—both professionally and personally. If you want a place where your effort matters and your work speaks for itself, you’ll feel at home here. This is not a clock-punching job. It’s a role for someone who wants to be proud of the work they put their name on. We are seeking a Metal Fabrication Technician to perform secondary operations and support multiple work centers across the shop. This role focuses on finishing, hardware, and joining operations that take parts from cut blanks to finished components built to print. It’s a hands-on, versatile position for someone who takes pride in detail work and wants to build skills across a range of fabrication processes. As you grow, you’ll be cross-trained in other areas of the shop.
