Requirements
- Knowledge in the proper use of power equipment and basic hand tools.
- Ability to understand simple written English instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Must have 20/20 vision or correction to 20/20.
- Must be able to stand entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Must be able to work in moderate noise levels.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have manual dexterity.
- Must have full range of motion, including but not limited to, standing, bending, walking, twisting, grasping, and reaching as necessary to complete the job assigned.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual a plus.
- Manufacturing experience a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Operate fabricating machines including drill presses, grinders, and manual benders.
- Assemble metal bimini top frames and kayak seats using handheld drills and air riveters.
- Maintain quality assurance standards.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Assist with loading trucks.
- Box fully assembled and ups-able bimini tops.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform general housekeeping by keeping the area clean and organized.
- Perform any other duties deemed necessary.
- Operate automated benders and assist in assembly and packaging of orders (Level 1 Team Member).
- Pull stock and package stock orders (Level 1 Team Member).
- Pass a Forklift Certification Exam (Level 1 Team Member).
