About The Position
Responsible for receiving, analyzing, entering & storing data for quotes & orders. Works closely with all departments, DSM’s, customers & other plant locations.
Requirements
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills – both written & verbal
- Strong math skills
- Working accurately & efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
- Organized with the ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated & results driven
Responsibilities
- Work with Excel, Word, PDF Software & NMBS OIS & JEDI systems
- Data entry and importing for preparing quotes & setting up new orders.
- Phone and email communication with customers and DSM’s
- Electronic filing & organization of quotes and project files
