About The Position

Our client is a fast-moving marketing agency that works exclusively with outdoor living contractors across the U.S. Their clients include businesses in areas such as pergolas, turf, pools, outdoor kitchens, and similar home improvement services. The agency focuses on generating leads through Facebook and Meta paid ads, supporting the full funnel through lead generation, qualification, and appointment-setting support. Their goal is to help clients get qualified appointments so they can focus on closing deals. They are looking for a highly proactive Meta Ads Media Buyer to take ownership of a portfolio of accounts and drive lead generation performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, make decisions independently, and manage performance without needing constant supervision. The person in this role will be responsible for building, testing, optimizing, and scaling Meta campaigns, while also collaborating closely with the creative team to shape ad direction and improve results. They are looking for someone who is accountable, sharp, hardworking, and confident managing a meaningful number of accounts with full ownership.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience running Meta ads for lead generation
  • Experience managing campaigns for local service businesses or similar performance-driven service models
  • Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and prioritize where attention is needed most
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, especially cost per lead and cost per appointment
  • Ability to diagnose account issues quickly and identify what to test first
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work full-time aligned with EST hours, Monday to Friday

  • Previous exposure to contractor, home services, or similar local business verticals

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple Meta ad accounts independently
  • Build, launch, test, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns
  • Analyze performance and decide what to scale, improve, or stop
  • Monitor key metrics such as cost per lead and cost per booked appointment
  • Understand campaign performance beyond lead volume, including downstream conversion quality
  • Develop campaign strategy and define creative direction for ads
  • Write content and creative briefs for video editors
  • Review ad creatives and decide what should go live
  • Collaborate with internal team members including the CSM, founder, and creative team
  • Support funnel performance through basic work related to landing pages or GoHighLevel funnels when needed
