About The Position

WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a MES Operation Engineer/ Developer who will be responsible for identifying and recommending MES System Administration improvements and managing internal MES development efforts in accordance with established IT procedures. This role involves the operation and development of MES, MCS, EIS, and QMS systems, including Process Management, Facility Management, Quality/Material Management, Reporting, and ERP Interface. The position also includes the operation and development of facility automation related systems, such as Tool Interface Specs for communication with Equipment (SECS/GEM), EIS Integration based on SEMI E82, E88, and E30 (GEM), and Logistics Automation (STK-SEM, IB-SEM). The engineer will actively participate in technical project teams, build and maintain effective relationships, gather and document customer requirements through interviews and analysis, and support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of MES systems. Additional duties may be requested by management.

Requirements

Experience with QMS (FDC, YMS)

Gather, analyze, document, and implement changes/enhancements/solutions in conjunction with business departments such as planning, production, quality, logistics, and maintenance
Good reasoning, problem solving and project management capability with excellent attention to detail.
Proven Teamwork player with other team members.
B.A and B.S on MIS, CIS, CS or CE
Proven customer service ethic and character.

Responsibilities

Identify and recommend MES System Administration improvements.
Manage internal MES development efforts in accordance with established IT procedures.
Operate and develop MES, MCS, EIS, QMS systems (Process Management, Facility Management, Quality/Material Management, Report, ERP I/F).
Operate and develop facility automation related systems.
Develop Tool Interface Spec for communication with Equipment (SECS/GEM).
Perform EIS (Equipment Interface System) Integration SEMI E82, E88 Based E30 (GEM).
Manage Logistics Automation: STK-SEM, IB-SEM based logistics operation.
Actively participate on a technical project team, ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained.
Participate in gathering and documenting customer requirements for MES system through client interviews, documentation analysis and Work Flow Process Mapping.
Support the design, development, deployment and maintenance (including testing) of MES systems.
Perform any additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
