About The Position

The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling. This role involves implementing and maintaining core MES functions, including hardware interfaces on the shop floor, training staff, and coordinating the implementation of SOLIDAT across multiple plants. The position ensures data accuracy and communication between shop floor equipment and the SOLIDAT system.

Requirements

• College diploma in a technical discipline
• One to three years of related experience
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to life max 50 lbs periodically

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain all core MES functions.
• Implement Hardware interfaces on the shop floor (tablets, scanners, printers, etc)
• Train Shopfloor and technical staff on the use of solidat
• Coordinate and manage implementation of SOLIDAT across all 3 plants
• Define source of truth data and align to Programming team
• Ensure data accuracy within the system
• Ensure Data communication between shopfloor equipment and SOLIDAT
• OPC router setup
• KEPWARE setup
